Fun Key Kids - lessons with parent

In the “Fun Key Kids" programme, children from the age of 6 learn to play the keyboard.

The main goal of the course is:

Playing music in the band,

Learning the “international music language" as a means of communicating ideas and feelings,

Developing creative abilities such as harmonizing, arranging and improvising.

Who can participate?
Children 6-8 years old with the parent

Lesson Duration:
45-55 minutes

3-10 students

Play For Keeps

In the “Play For Keeps" program, children from the age of 8, young people and adults learn to play a keyboard instrument.

The main goal of the course is:

Music in the band,

Getting to know the stylistically diverse repertoire,

Developing creative abilities such as harmonizing, arranging and improvising.

Who can participate?
Children from 8 years of age, adolescents and adults

45-55 minutes

Up to 6 years

Aleksandra Olkiewicz

Early childhood classes, keyboards.

A graduate of the State Music School of Chopin in Olszytn in the field of rhythmics.

She was awarded a Master’s Degree in rhythmics and choral conducting at the Poznań Academy of Music.

She believes that music is in all of us.

Her goal is to share the greatest joy of making music together.

She cannot sit still – she travels around Europe in her spare time, while she also indulges in active forms of recreation.

Tomasz Karwański

He began his musical education at the age of 3 at the YAMAHA Music School in Pułtusk. During 15 years of study at this institution, he gained thorough skills in playing the piano, classical guitar, bass guitar and saxophone. He was also a member of the choir operating at the school.

A graduate of the Academy of Music. I. J. Paderewski in Poznań, specializing in choral conducting. Currently also an employee of this institution.

Since March 2016, he has been the conductor of the JORDAN Choir and Orchestra, a group operating at the Youth Ministry of the Archdiocese of Poznań. Together with this ensemble, he co-founded and conducted, among others during: Days in the Diocese in preparation for the World Youth Day 2016 in Poznań at the Cytadela Park, World Youth Day 2016 at catecheses for Polish pilgrims at the Cracovia Stadium. Józef Piłsudski in Krakow, the “Paradiso" Youth Days in Gostyń on Święta Góra, the National Pilgrimage to Rome in thanksgiving for the baptism of Poland and the past WYD 2016 in the basilicas of St. Paul Outside the Walls, St. John Lateran and St. Peter.

Participant of the Lednica Youth Meetings in Pola Lednickie, as a choir singer and co-leader at music workshops preparing for these events. He also participated in the Gospel Workshops in Poznań, Skoki, Góra Kalwaria, the Liturgical Music Workshops in Poznań and Płock and the International Jazz Workshops in Kraków.

He also has a very close contact with pop-jazz music. He is a co-founder, composer and pianist in the ensemble “Substytut?".

Winner of the 3rd place at the 17th National Competition for Choir Conductors prof. Stanisław Kulczyński in Poznań and awards from the Girls’ Choir, Jerzy Kurczewski’s Poznań Choir School.

Bartłomiej Karwański

Instruments: drums, classical guitar, keyboards

He was educated in the Yamaha Music School system from the age of 4.

A graduate of the Music Academy in Poznań with the specialism of choral conducting.

In the years 2012-2019 he was the conductor of Schola Lednicka, while he also conducted the Choir and Orchestra during the World Youth Days in Krakow.

In his free time, he likes to ride his bike and play squash and volleyball.

He adores his family, with whom he loves to spend his free time.
