Offer of rental multifunction concert hall

The Yamaha Poznań Music School has its own multi-functional concert hall.

Depending on the configuration, the hall can accommodate up to 100 people with seats arranged in a theater arrangement (rows), or up to 50 people with seats arranged in a cafe arrangement (4-person round tables).

The room equipment includes the following elements:

  • Professional Yamaha sound system,
  • Stage lights,
  • Optoma projector working in 4K resolution,
  • Projection screen with a diagonal of 150 inches,
  • Connecting Apple devices using the installed Apple TV 4K for wireless transmission of image and sound,
  • Permanent Internet connection; wireless (up to 150Mbs) or wired (up to 1000Mbps),
  • Stage with an area of ​​24m2 and dimensions of 4m deep x 6m wide x 50cm high,
  • Air conditioning and ventilation,
  • Fog generator.

The room offers a wide range of activities, such as: performances, training sessions, workshops, artistic rehearsals, yoga sessions, discussion meetings, product presentations, etc.

The classroom and the entire school facility are adapted to the needs of disabled people.

We reserve the right to select the nature of the events held in our room.

Price list for renting the room:

Rate for 1h: PLN 250

Rate for 1 day: PLN 1600 (room available from 8.00 to 20.00)

Additional fees:

Electricity – re-invoicing according to the meter readings

Cleaning: lump sum 150 PLN

The given prices do not include VAT – they are net prices.
