Teachers - Damian Kliks

Damian is a graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin State Secondary School of Music in Poznań. He is studying at the Department of Jazz and Stage Music at the Ignacy Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań.

What he cares about most is that learning to play the instrument brings not only results, but above all joy, and that playing itself is a form of relaxation and entertainment.

He began his adventure with the bass guitar over 10 years ago. He co-founded the Bonanza Brass Band, with which he regularly performs throughout Poland, but he also takes an active part in many other projects, which makes him a versatile musician. He has twice participated in the “European Jazz School" music workshops in Marburg, which brings together musicians from all over Europe.

He graduated from Hearing Prosthetics and Noise Protection at the Faculty of Physics at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and, apart from music, he is involved in designing acoustic panels. He has also given lectures on hearing protection to musicians.
